Let’s face it, computers are everywhere doing so many things, but we cannot complete our mission of teaching students without the human experience.  The OCPS Human Resources Department employees are vital in making this large organization work smoothly and efficiently.  It takes a lot of work and dedication from the different Human Resources teams. While working, these employees become family and friends to each other. Their work behind the scenes with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and supporting our schools is vital and sometimes gets overlooked.  OCPS Human Resource Department is committed to the mission and vision by recruiting and retaining highly-effective employees, creating safe and positive workplaces through quality on-boarding and exceptional leadership development while maintaining compliance with local and federal laws. 

With your assistance, the OCPS Human Resources Department can show the team that their dedication is vital and noticed. We look to celebrate the Human Resources Department in different ways such as

Contributions to the Human Resources Department Fund can be made at any time and will be tax deductible.  The Fund can receive gifts via cash, check (payable to FOCPS) or credit card, in one payment or multiple installments throughout the school year. Checks should be mailed to the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools, 445 West Amelia Street, Orlando, FL. 32801.  In the memo section, please list Human Resources Department Fund.

The Fund will maintain a separate account at the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools available only to the Human Resources Department; it will be tax deductible as a contribution to a 501(c)(3) organization with transparency and full disclosure.
