De'Nari Family Fund

De'Nari and Mom, Tiffany
On July 4, Wolf Lake 8th Grader De'Nari had a seizure resulting in diabetic ketoacidosis and multi-organ failure. She was in the hospital for 40 days in the pediatric ICU, receiving treatment for kidney damage and muscle breakdown. She was quite ill and is still recovering at home with multiple doctor's appointments, including occupational therapy and physical therapy.

While mom was in the hospital with De'Nari, she was unable to work. As a result, the family is in jeopardy of losing their housing due to being behind on the rent, utility and mounting medical bills.

If you would like to help De'Nari's family in this tiime of need, please make a gift to the fund. You may give online using the form below. If you prefer to give by check, please make it payable to "Foundation for OCPS," write  "De''Nari Family Fund"  in the memo section, and mail it to the Foundation for OCPS, 445 West Amelia Street, Orlando, FL 32801.

PLEASE NOTE: Since all contributions will be distributed directly to the family, gifts are not considered tax-deductible. However, your support is deeply appreciated by D'Nari's family and will be a great help to them.
