The mission of the Magnet Academy of Culinary Arts Fund (MACA) is to provide academy students with the best possible environment to learn career-ready skills and acquire the experience necessary for a successful future in higher education or the workforce.
Contributions to the MACA Fund can be made at any time to the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools. The Fund accepts cash, check or credit card in one lump-sum payment or multiple installments throughout the school year. Gifts are tax deductible as a contribution to the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools as a 501(c)(3) organization. ALL contributions to the Magnet Academy of Culinary Arts Fund will be used exclusively for students in the program. The funds raised will be held in a separate fund with the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools.
If making an investment by check, please make the check payable to the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools (FOCPS) and in the memo section please write Magnet Academy of Culinary Arts or MACA and mail to the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools at 445 West Amelia Street, Orlando, FL 32801.
The Magnet Academy of Culinary Arts is overseen by an Fund Advisory Board comprised of local community, education and business leaders along with the school principal, administrators, parent and student representatives, as well as the Program Director.
