Evans High School Trojan Bands

The Evans High School Trojan Bands are an outstanding program that encourages recognition in concert, marching, and jazz. With the help of students and staff, we aim to increase positive community engagement by instilling an appreciation for music, having a focus on discipline, and maintaining a concentration on academic excellence. The Trojan Band boasts Superior and Excellent rated student performances at FBA Solo & Ensemble MPA on the District and State levels, FBA Nine Star Honor Band students, FMEA All-State Honor Band students, OCPS All-County Band students, a Superior rated Symphonic Band, the Superior rated Green Machine Marching Band, as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in band and music scholarships for our graduating seniors.

With your help, funds raised will allow us to repair instruments, uniforms, sheeet music and necessary materials needed to enhance the learning experience through music.  

Contributions to the Fund can be made at any time to the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools, and will be tax deductible.  The Fund can receive gifts via cash, check (payable to FOCPS) or credit card, in one payment or multiple installments throughout the school year. Checks should be mailed to the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools, 445 West Amelia Street, Orlando, FL 32801.  In the memo section, please list Evans Band.

The Fund will maintain a separate account at the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools available only to Evans High School Trojan Bands; it will be tax deductible as a contribution to a 501(c)(3) organization with transparency and full disclosure.
