Who Can Apply

Classroom teachers of record in a traditional (non-charter) OCPS school are eligible for Teacher Impact Grant funding.

Depending on grantor specifications, allowable expenses may include: classroom supplies, equipment, transportation, substitute teacher costs, and registration fees. 

  • Application Opens: January 5, 2026
  • Application Closes: February 27, 2026
  • Application Review:  March 2-13, 2026
  • Awards Announced: March 23-31, 2026
  • Unspent Funds Returned: May 22, 2026
  • Final Reports Due: May 22, 2026
