Through funding from some of the community’s major corporate education supporters, the Foundation for OCPS has awarded over 5,500 teachers and distributed over $3 million for classroom-based projects since the inception of the Teacher Impact Grant program.
Each grant provides grant funding of $500 to $15,000 to support implementing innovative projects in the classroom designed to improve student achievement.
When teachers are given the resources needed, they can create transformative learning experiences for students.
