About Vaidwattie Jagmohan
Vaidwattie Jagmohan is a dedicated leader with expertise in community engagement, volunteer coordination, and organizational development. As an Administrator for ADDitions School Volunteers at Orange County Public Schools – Foundation for OCPS, she plays a key role in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers while developing program guidelines and risk mitigation strategies. Her work enhances volunteer engagement across district schools.
Previously, Vaidwattie served as a Retirement Specialist and Administrative Assistant, educating employees on retirement planning and leading marketing and event coordination efforts. Her role as an Employee Benefits Coordinator further solidified her commitment to community service. Vaidwattie holds Associates in Arts and Science degrees from Valencia College as well as a Bachelors degree in Applied Management.
Beyond her professional career, she is the Founder and Owner of The Celebration Impact, a nonprofit bringing joy to nursing home residents through birthday celebrations. With strengths in program management, public speaking, and strategic outreach, Vaidwattie remains passionate about fostering meaningful connections and creating impactful opportunities.
