The commitment of volunteers throughout our district are the heroes of our community. More than 76,000 individuals contributed their time and talents volunteering for 4,477 opportunities to support students and teachers in the classroom, encouraging career and educational opportunities, supporting events, and serving as a member of the Foundation Board of Directors or a committee member.

Parent Involvement
I volunteer because it is a way as a parent to be involved in our kids’ education. Also I feel we can support and help the school and staff in all the activities contributing to the community that we are.

Leading By Example
As a mom I want to encourage my kids to love, care, and be kind to others; volunteering is that, I volunteer to lead my kids by example.

Extra Hands to Support Students
I know how essential it is to have extra hands throughout the day for a variety of different tasks in a school. I volunteer to support the students, teachers, and staff with anything they may need extra assistance with.
